To successfully create a new class, it is essential to first ensure that all relevant student and teacher data is entered into the system. Just follow the easy steps below to get started, and you'll have your class set up in no time!
Login to your 3 Essentials dashboard
Step 1 Add Students
- Under ‘Manage’ click ‘Students’
- Click ‘Create multiple students’
- Click ‘Download template’
- Fill out required fields
- Copy and paste from the template into the 'A' column
Step 2 Add Teachers
- Under ‘Manage’ click ‘Teachers’
- Click ‘Create single teacher’
- Fill out required fields
- Click ‘Create’
Step 3 Create Classes
- Under ‘Manage’ click ‘Classes’
- Click ‘Create Class’
- Select the teacher for the class
- Select the product
- Fill out class name and select year level
- Assign students and click ‘Create’
Next step is to print student login cards and you're ready to go!
