Mathletics is a unique and innovative digital maths resource specifically designed for personalised teaching and learning, supporting over 3 million learners, in over 14,000 schools, across over 130 countries world-wide.

Mathletics is proven to significantly increase levels of student engagement, confidence, and motivation and to improve attainment and progress in math/s for students/pupils throughout their primary school education and beyond.

For teachers, Mathletics strives to support them, from planning, through to delivering lessons, enabling them to set activities at the correct level for every learner and receive live data to show them the progress and attainment levels, which then informs their next steps and forward planning

Follow these 5 quick steps to ensure you get the best from Mathletics

1. Encourage students to earn a Weekly Certificate

Students earn a certificate by achieving 1000 points in a week. This can be achieved by focusing on completing Activities and Quests and accessing Mathletics 3-4 times a week for about 15 to 20 minutes.

2. Ensure students are set on the correct curriculum course and level to support them in making progress and building their confidence.

In Manage Students, ensure that you have selected the course your students are working on in class. For any students working below or above expectations, move them into a learning group with the appropriate course assigned to the group.

3. Assign Activities and Quests for focused work in class or for homework.

Assigning Activities and Quests can be quickly and easily done from the Assign & Review area. To ensure your students focus on the Assigned Tasks first, put on the Student Restricted Access lock, to keep them focused on their To Do list until they have achieved 350 points or completed their To Do list.

4. Check your students' progress in Student Reports

Mathletics provides detailed reporting with real-time data reflecting your student’s progress as they complete Mathletics tasks. Jump to Reports – Student Reports to view progress across Course Activities, Quests, and Live Mathletics, along with Participation data showing points and time online.

5. Celebrate achievement – Print Certificates.

We’re sure your students will all be motivated now to earn their weekly certificate – printing them and handing them out in class or in assemblies will keep everyone motivated to keep achieving with Mathletics. Download and print, with a printer friendly low ink option, from Reports – Certificates.
