Problem Solving and Reasoning activities support your teaching with content designed to encourage students to apply their mathematical knowledge and skills to more complex and meaningful situations.
Students will develop higher-order thinking skills including the ability to reason mathematically and transfer learning from one area to another. The interactive learning environment supports them to develop the critical thinking skills they need to solve problems.
Detailed Teacher notes will help you set up the activity, guide your students and resolve potential misconceptions. Not all activities have one “correct” answer and will require teacher marking, as indicated in the activity description. Students can also send messages showing up as intuitive notifications, suggesting that they might need your attention.
